輕輕地從一邊晃到另一邊，或影響某人的觀點或決定。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

既可指物理上的擺動，也可指影響或左右人的想法。正式和非正式場合都適用。不要與“waves”（波浪或揮手）混淆。
