他人の仕事を監督し、正しく行われているか確認し、指導やアドバイスを行う役職の人たちです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「監督者」は職場や学術現場で使われ、通常は「マネージャー」や「ディレクター」ほどの権限はありません。たとえば「シフト監督者」や「プロジェクト監督者」などと使われます。
