泡（あわ）

Definition

石けんを水に混ぜたときにできる泡の集まり。洗濯や体を洗う時によく見られる。

カジュアルな表現で、主に洗濯や皿洗いなど石けんの泡を指します。ビールの泡にはあまり使いません。多くの場合は複数形で使われます。

The water was full of suds after I added soap.

石けんを入れると水が**泡**でいっぱいになった。

I love playing with suds in the bath.

お風呂で**泡**で遊ぶのが大好きです。
