'Straight away' é usado informalmente e é mais típico do inglês britânico e australiano. No inglês americano, é mais comum dizer 'right away' ou 'immediately'. Normalmente aparece com pedidos ou instruções urgentes. Não confundir com 'straightforward' (simples ou direto).
