Definition
এটি হলো ছত্রাক বা কিছু শৈবাল ও ছত্রাকের ক্যাপকে ধরে রাখার ডাঁটা বা কান্ড, যা মূল অংশকে মাটি বা উপরের স্থান থেকে উঁচুতে তুলে ধরে।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
‘Stipes’ শুধুমাত্র জীববিজ্ঞান বা মাইকালজি-এ ব্যবহৃত হয়। সাধারণ কথাবার্তায় খুবই বিরল। একাধিক ডাঁটা বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
