選擇待在家裡或室內，而不是外出，通常由自己決定，也可能因為天氣或規定。

屬於非正式口語用法，常用來強調留在家裡、不出去。常搭配 'tonight', 'today' 等字。不完全等於 'stay inside'，後者更強調完全不外出。
