İstasyon şefi, bir tren istasyonundan sorumlu olan, personeli ve tren saatlerini yöneten kişidir.

Bu terim daha çok İngiliz İngilizcesinde kullanılır ve genellikle tren istasyonları için geçerlidir, otobüs ya da metro istasyonları için değil.
