Definition

不移动、不变化；保持不变。另外，也指因摩擦产生的噼啪声的那种电（静电）。

科学和日常英语都常用：“static electricity”意为静电（不是'electrical static'）。形容词时常指“不变的”；名词时指收音机/电视的杂音（静电噪音），非正式用法。在科技领域还指“固定的”，如“static IP地址”。
