Definition

他の人に見つからないように、何かを場所や容器の中に秘密で隠すこと。

くだけた表現で、小さくて貴重な物に使われる。'bag'、'drawer'、'pocket' などとよく使う。'hide'よりもこっそり隠すニュアンスが強い。人には使わない。

I stashed in my money drawer so my brother wouldn't find it.
