スタンパーとは、書類や材料などにスタンプや印を押すための機械またはその作業をする人のことです。工場などで素材を成形する機械も指します。

通常は機械や道具を指しますが、作業する人を指す場合もあります。役所や会社では日付や承認用、工場では成形機として使われます。日常会話ではあまり登場しません。
