Definition

বৃহৎ একটি এলাকা বিশৃঙ্খল বা এলোমেলোভাবে বিস্তৃত হলে তাকে বোঝায়। সাধারণত শহর, বিল্ডিং বা ভূদৃশ্যের বর্ণনায় ব্যবহৃত।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'বিস্তৃত শহর' বা 'বিস্তৃত ক্যাম্পাস' বলতে বড়, এলোমেলোভাবে ছড়িয়ে থাকা এলাকা বোঝায়। ছোট বা গোছানো জায়গার জন্য ব্যবহার হয় না। সংবাদ, ভ্রমণ বা নগর আলোচনায় বেশি দেখা যায়।
