액체나 무언가가 빠르고 세게 나오거나, 누군가가 끊임없이 크고 거칠게 말하는 것.

주로 물, 증기 등에 쓰이나 말이 많고 강하게 떠드는 것도 가리킴. 특히 말에 쓰면 다소 부정적 뉘앙스가 있음.
