Definition

한 곳에서 다른 곳으로 예상치 못하게 또는 많은 양이 흐르거나 퍼지는 것. 액체, 사람, 감정, 활동 등이 새로운 영역으로 이동하는 것을 말함.

Usage Notes (Korean)

군중, 감정, 행동 등에 비유적으로 많이 쓰임. 일상 대화보다 글이나 묘사에서 자주 등장함. 대개 'into' 다음에 장소가 온다.
