一种将水果、蔬菜、酸奶或牛奶用搅拌机搅拌至顺滑的饮品，通常冷饮。

用语比较口语化，多见于咖啡馆、果汁吧。常说“水果冰沙”、“绿色冰沙”。不要和“奶昔”混淆（奶昔通常有冰淇淋、味道更甜）。
