Definition

物や動物がすべすべまたはぬるぬるしていて、蛇のように滑りやすい様子を表します。濡れていたり持ちにくい感触です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

蛇やウナギ、石鹸など、滑りやすくつかみにくいものに使われます。「dry（乾いた）」や「rough（粗い）」な物には使いません。
