내내 자다(무언가를) 자면서 지나치다

Definition

깨어나야 할 시간이나 사건 중에도 계속 잠을 자는 것.

'sleep through the night', 'sleep through the alarm'과 같이 어떤 사건이나 소음에도 깨지 않고 자는 데 쓰임. 'oversleep'처럼 늦게 일어나는 것과는 다름.

She slept through her alarm this morning.

그녀는 오늘 아침 알람이 울려도 **깨지 않고 잤다**.

Babies often sleep through the night after a few months.

아기들은 몇 달 후에는 밤새 **내내 자는** 일이 많다.

I can't believe I slept through all that noise next door.
