Definition

একটি ধারালো বস্তু দিয়ে খুব জোরে কাটা। কখনও কখনও এর মানে হলো দাম বা বাজেট দ্রুত ও অনেক কমিয়ে ফেলা।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'Slashing' সাধারণত খুব জোরে কাটা বা নাটকীয়ভাবে কমানোর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন 'slashing prices' মানে দামে বড় পরিবর্তন। সাধারণ কাটছাঁট বা ছোট পরিবর্তনের জন্য ব্যবহার করবেন না।
