「スラグス」は、金属の精錬中に分離される廃棄物を指します。イギリスのスラングでは、人を侮辱する言葉として使われます。

技術用語としては工業や金属分野で使います。侮辱の意味は非常に失礼なので使わないでください。「種類」の意味では使いません。
