Definition
從躺著或彎腰姿勢變為直立坐姿。也指一種仰臥起坐的運動方式，從躺平狀態抬起上半身。

經常用來要求某人坐直或注意。名詞“sit-up”專指仰臥起坐運動。不要與“stay up”（熬夜）混淆。
