形容一个没有结婚或没有恋爱关系的人，或者指一个而不是多个的人或物。

既可正式也可口语。作名词时，多指'单身'。作形容词时，强调唯一性（如'唯一的机会'）。也可指一张票、一场比赛、一首单曲。不要和'简单'（simple）混淆。
