何かや誰かを手で強く素早く押すこと。多くの場合、乱暴だったり無作法な感じを含みます。

'shoves'は非公式で否定的なニュアンスが強いです。攻撃的・無礼なときによく使われます。「shoves past」「shoves someone aside」などの表現があります。
