這是極其粗俗的罵人話，用來形容令人討厭、行為惡劣的人，相當於「笨蛋」或「混蛋」。

屬於極為粗俗的髒話，只能在極度非正式或憤怒時使用，絕不能在正式場合或對陌生人說。和「混蛋」差不多甚至更惡毒。
