告訴或命令某人（通常是孩子）該上牀睡覺了。

多用於父母對兒童說，既可指日常睡覺時間，也可作為懲罰。很少用在成年人身上，對大人說可能會覺得冒犯。常和 'have to'、'need to'、'be sent to bed' 等表達連用。
