Definition

観光客としてある街や地域の有名な場所や見どころを訪れて見て回ること。

旅行や観光の時によく使うカジュアルな言い方です。「家族訪問」や「出張」には使いません。'go see the sights'や'seeing the sights'とも言います。

We want to see the sights of Paris.
