Definition

誰かや何かに対して、怒りや恐怖から大声で叫んだり怒鳴ったりすること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

通常はネガティブな状況で使い、怒りや恐怖を強く表します。「scream at me」や「scream at the TV」などの表現によく使われます。『shout at』よりも強い語感。普通の会話には使いません。
