特定のチームや相手に対して得点すること。誰かに不利な形で成功するという意味でも使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にサッカーやバスケット、ホッケーなどのスポーツで使われます。'score against [チーム/相手]'の形が一般的です。誤って自分のチームに得点する 'score an own goal' とは違います。
