イベントのチケットなどを大量に買い占めてから、高値で転売する人のこと。通常違法であり、否定的な意味合いが強い言葉。

主にイベントチケットの転売に使われる非公式表現で、基本的に否定的な意味。医療の「メス使い」には使わない。時に金融の超短期取引にも使うが、ほとんどが転売業者を指す。
