肉瘤是一種罕見的癌症，起源於骨頭或像肌肉、脂肪或結締組織這樣的軟組織。

主要用於醫學範疇，專指起源於軟組織或骨頭的惡性腫瘤。不要和“癌/癌症”（carcinoma，源自器官）混淆。通常會有組織名稱前綴，例如“骨肉瘤”（osteosarcoma）。
