Definition

肉瘤是一种罕见的癌症，起源于骨骼或像肌肉、脂肪或结缔组织等软组织。

主要在医学领域使用，专指起源于软组织或骨头的恶性肿瘤。不要与“癌/癌症”（carcinoma，来源于器官）混淆。通常前面会加组织名称，如“骨肉瘤”（osteosarcoma）。
