建物や機器の古い配線を新しいものと交換すること。比喩的に、考え方や脳の使い方を変える意味でも使われる。

電気工事の場面で多く使われるが、近年は比喩的に『脳の再配線』のようにも使われる。いずれも動詞として使われる。
