受訪者是指在調查或研究中回答問題的人，也可以指在法律案件中作出答覆的人。

正式用語，多用於法律（案件答辯方）及調查（問卷受訪人）。法律上與“原告”相對，調查中類似“參與者”，但特指回答問題者。
