情報やメッセージをある人や場所から別の人や場所へ伝えること。よく詳細や指示、ニュースを伝達する時に使う。

ビジネスや正式な場面でよく使われます。「伝言を伝えた」「指示を伝達した」など。'rely'（頼る）とは意味が異なります。

She relayed the news to her colleagues.

彼女は同僚にそのニュースを**伝えた**。
