Definition

軍隊で使われる、通常は大佐が指揮する大規模な兵士の集団のこと。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に軍事用語として使われ、小規模や民間団体には使わない。「army regiments」で「陸軍連隊」となる。『レジーム（体制）』とは意味が異なるので注意。
