Definition

一度茹でた豆などを油で再度炒めたりした料理を指します。メキシコ料理の「リフライドビーンズ」に多く使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「refried」は主に「refried beans」として使われます。二度揚げという意味ではなく、「しっかり炒めた」というニュアンスです。他の食品にはほとんど使いません。
