说某人或某事好或合适，并建议你应该用或做。常在建议最佳选择时使用。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))

多为正式或中性场合使用，常和“doctor”、“teacher”、“guide”等主语搭配。常见短语有“recommend doing”、“recommend that you...”、“highly recommends”。不要与“advise”混用，后者更偏警告。
