Reformulação significa mudar a forma, estrutura ou interpretação de algo, especialmente apresentando de um jeito novo ou trocando a pessoa responsável por um papel.

Muito usado em entretenimento quando trocam um ator em um papel ('recasting a role') ou em textos acadêmicos quando se apresenta uma ideia de outra forma. É um termo formal/técnico. Não confunda com 'rewriting' (reescrever) ou 'remaking' (refazer do zero).
