Definition

主にバスケットボールで、ボールがリングやバックボードに当たって跳ね返った後に選手がキャッチすること。困難からの素早い回復にも使われることがある。

バスケットボールでよく使います（オフェンスリバウンド、ディフェンスリバウンド）。スポーツ以外では複数形ではほとんど使いません。恋愛の「リバウンド」とは異なります。
