Definition
「リバウンディング」とは、何かに当たって跳ね返ること、失敗や別れなどから立ち直ること、またはバスケットボールでシュート後のボールを取ることを指します。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
バスケットボールでは特に『リバウンドを取る』という意味でよく使います。失恋や困難から素早く立ち直るときにも使われますが、物理的な跳ね返りには日常的にはあまり使いません。
