배급은 부족하거나 긴급 상황, 군대 등에서 정해진 양의 음식이나 물자를 사람들에게 나누어주는 것입니다.

주로 군대나 비상 상황에서 사용되며, '식량 배급', '물 배급'과 같이 쓰입니다. 가끔 은유적으로도 사용될 수 있습니다.
