Definition

無線機を使って誰かに連絡やメッセージを送ること。特に仕事や緊急の場面で使われる。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

通常は警察や救助隊、パイロットなどが過去に無線で連絡したときに使います。ラジオ番組を聞く意味では使いません。「radioed headquarters」は「本部に無線連絡した」という意味です。
