キッシュは、卵やクリーム、チーズ、野菜や肉などを詰めて焼いたパイ生地のフランス料理です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「キッシュ」はカタカナでそのまま使います。朝食やブランチでよく食べられます。「キッシュ・ロレーヌ」は特に有名です。
