다투다말다툼하다

Definition

누군가와 사소한 일로 화를 내며 큰 소리로 말다툼하는 것. 보통 신체적 충돌 없이 언성이 높아질 때 사용한다.

'다투다'나 '말다툼하다'는 주로 가족, 친구 사이에서 반복적으로 목소리를 높여 감정적으로 언쟁할 때 쓴다. 신체적 싸움이면 '싸우다'를 사용한다.

The children are quarrelling over a toy.

아이들이 장난감을 가지고 **다투고 있다**.

어젯밤에 부모님이 **다투셨다**.
