"putz around" in Japanese

だらだら過ごす無駄に時間を過ごす

Definition

特に重要でないことをして時間を過ごすこと。目的もなくぶらぶらしたり、無駄に時間を使うこと。

アメリカ英語で特に使われるカジュアルな表現。ややくだけた響きで、例えば 'putz around the house'（家でだらだらする）など。'putter around' もよく使われる。同じ意味だがやや中立的。フォーマルな場では避ける。

I spent the whole afternoon just putzing around the house.

午後ずっと家で**だらだら過ごして**いました。
