Definition

'Pursing' का मतलब आमतौर पर अपने होंठों को सख्त रेखा में मोड़ना होता है, अक्सर सोचने, नाराज़ होने या कुछ कहने से खुद को रोकने के लिए।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

अक्सर 'लिप्स' (होठों) के साथ इस्तेमाल होता है — 'pursing your lips'। यह केवल शारीरिक संकेत है, इसका 'purse' (थैला) से कोई संबंध नहीं। 'pursuing' (पीछा करना) से न मिलाएँ।
