Usage Notes (Spanish)
'Proficient' es formal y suele usarse para habilidades ('proficient in English'). Es más fuerte que 'competent', pero menos que 'expert'. Suele ir con 'in' o 'at' ('proficient in sales', 'proficient at drawing').
