'Proclamation' সাধারণত সরকারি বা আইনি পরিস্থিতিতে ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং এটা আনুষ্ঠানিক ভাষা; ব্যক্তিগত বা সাধারণ ঘোষণার জন্য ব্যবহার হয় না।
