آلات تقوم بطباعة نسخ ورقية من المستندات أو الصور من جهاز كمبيوتر أو جهاز آخر. "printers" هو جمع لكلمة "printer".

عادةً يشير إلى أجهزة مادية متصلة بجهاز الكمبيوتر وموجودة في المنازل والمكاتب والمدارس. شائع قول: "طابعات ليزر" و"طابعات نافثة للحبر". تقريباً لا يُستخدم للإشارة إلى "عامل الطباعة" حالياً. استخدم "printers" عند الإشارة إلى أكثر من جهاز واحد.
