Potas, beyaz toz halinde bulunan ve potasyum içeren bir mineral veya kimyasaldır. Genellikle bitkilerin büyümesini desteklemek için gübre olarak kullanılır, ayrıca endüstrideki bazı potasyum bileşikleri anlamına da gelebilir.

Genellikle tarım, bilim veya endüstri alanlarında geçer. En yaygın anlamı bitki gübresidir ('potas gübresi'). Günlük konuşmada çok ender kullanılır.
