Bir kişi ya da şeyin, diğerlerine göre en az paraya, kaynağa veya kaliteye sahip olduğunu belirtir.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
'poor'un en üstün hâli. Genellikle insanlar için kullanılır ama kalite veya sonuçlar için de geçerlidir ('the poorest result'). Grup belirtirken 'the' ile kullanılır ('the poorest countries'). Geçici eksiklikler için değil, kalıcı veya görece durumlar için uygundur.
