拥有很少的钱或资源。也可以指质量很差的事物，或用于同情处于困境的人。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))
常用于指人缺钱：'a poor family'。也形容质量差：'poor service'。可用于同情：'Oh, you poor thing!'。正式和非正式皆可用，政府文件多用“低收入”。一般不用来形容无法改善的事物。
